- Exclusive Access – Limited only to those ready to commit before the ink is dry. Once we announce the deal the preferred terms disappear.
- Easy Decision Making – If you’ve decided that multi-family real estate investing is the right move for you it allows you to commit to our next project and feel the accomplishment of making smart money decisions. You can relax and put your energy into other things. Remember we only bring deals to our investors that we plan to invest in as well.
How it Works
1. Book a Call
You and one of our partners will discuss your investment goals and share information about us. From there we'll help you determine if the investment fits your needs.
2. Determine Investment Amount
Investments in the Pre-Syndication are typically between $100k and $250k. Under certain circumstances we allow investments for $50k. Talk to one of our partners to learn more.
3. Sign Letter of Intent
Once we understand your commitment amount we'll draft up a Letter of Intent. No money will change hands at this stage. You have only committed to invest the money in our next deal at preferred terms.
4. Peace of mind
Congrats, you got preferred status with increased gains simply from committing early. You will get priority communication from Tamarack about our search for the next deal.
